Administrative Assistant

Salary Range:LGPS 11-14

Hours: 08:30 – 12:30 Monday to Friday __________________________________________________________

We are seeking to appoint an organised and efficient Admin Assistant to join our friendly hard working office team.This is a front office position

The successful candidate will be:

experienced with basic office skills

able to work in a calm manner and work positively within our whole school team

approachable, patient and understanding

a good communicator

flexible and able to prioritise work

willing to support the Catholic ethos of the school

Play Leader

We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and motivated after school Play Leaders to join our friendly team.

Initially these positions are temporary with a view to becoming permanent.

The successful candidates will be:

able to work positively within our whole school team

able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility bringing new ideas to the role

passionate about all aspects of childcare and education

approachable, patient and understanding

willing to support the Catholic ethos of the school

The main duty of the Play Leader within our school is to arrange fun and active play within a safe environment, catering for all needs.

The successful candidate must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Childcare/Playwork equivalent.

Midday Assistant

Date Required: January 2019

Salary: LGPS 6-7

Closing Date: 17 December 2018, midnight

Interviews:January 2019

Hours: 12:15-13:30pm Monday to Friday

We are seeking a Midday Assistant to join our friendly team to ensure that our children enjoy a healthy, happy and safe lunch time.

Your duties will include supervising in the dining hall, supporting the children at play and administering basic first aid.

You will need to be able to work using your own initiative, enjoy working with children and be able to demonstrate understanding and patience.

Experience of working with young children in a positive and supportive role is preferred and an ability to work well as a part of a team is essential.
