Play Leader

Date Required: February/March 2019

Salary:LGPS 12

Interviews: February 2019

Hours: 15:15 – 17:15 Monday to Friday, term time only

We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and motivated after school Play Leaders to join our friendly team.

Initially these positions are temporary with a view to becoming permanent.

The successful candidates will be:

able to work positively within our whole school team

able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility bringing new ideas to the role

passionate about all aspects of childcare and education

approachable, patient and understanding

willing to support the Catholic ethos of the school

The main duty of the Play Leader within our school is to arrange fun and active play within a safe environment, catering for all needs.

The successful candidate must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Childcare/Playwork equivalent.
